31-Day Challenge Post #5: Library

As I mentioned in Friday's post, we so admired the bookshelf we purchased for the office that we planned on buying two more for the library. We picked them up Saturday (hey, they were on sale...had to get 'em while they're hot) and assembled on Sunday night and one tonight. Actually, Scott assembled them and I offered my support and encouragement.

 Wilson gave Scott a helping hand Monday night.

 One bookshelf was in place on the south wall Sunday night.

Two bookshelves in place! 

A few shims were necessary to level the second unit. That wall is pretty cattawumpus (is that how you spell it?) so the shelves aren't exactly side-by-side. Now comes the fun of arranging books and knick-knacks (but that's a story for another day.)
