31-Day Challenge Post #2: New Office Cabinet

Our home office at Grant Street utilized stack-able melamine cubbies and homemade desk tops. When we moved, we invested in new desks and file drawers, and made do with a mix of a bookshelf and stacking-crap-everywhere as our means of storage - all in the small upstairs bedroom. With construction complete, the home office now has a permanent home in the space formerly occupied by the kitchen. Storage is still an issue since we only have one small file cabinet each. . .until tonight! We stopped by our favorite big box store (the one with a bullseye in the logo) and purchased a nifty bookshelf/storage cabinet. Check it out!
Unwrapping yet another cardboard box at noTTafarm . . . seems to be Scott's favorite hobby!

Look how the assembly pieces were packaged. Adorable!

Speaking of adorable . . . Leo could not resist the call of the cardboard.

Reading the instructions? That's a first.

Wilson watched over the fuss by laying on Scott's desk on a smaller piece of cardboard.
The final product fits nicely where the refrigerator once stood. We are going to purchase two more of these units in a lighter tone to use in the library (but that's a story for another day.)
Stay Tuned for Our Next Adventure!
